What are Smart Hygiene Measures against Corona Virus ?

When you give the children and young people a bad example

of hygiene..
What do you get if you go to a restaurant in the future
because you get hungry..
and these children and young people start a restaurant and
do not know better or have learned the bad example such as..
do not wash the meat, do not wash the rice, itch your buttocks,
pick your nose.. then touch the meat and serve it for you..
Enjoy your meal!

Who contributed to this?

People worldwide have a huge gap in their knowledge about

the new virus, which has claimed more than 50,000 lives.
And if they do have the knowledge, they don't behave
accordingly.

If you want to live a happy healthy longer life,

then do these tips..

Hands

As soon as you come in from outside, or touch the trash can,

or banknotes..
Then immediately wash your hands and nails.. and make them sterile.

How do you wash your hands?

Put antibacterial soap in your palm.

Scratch with your right hand with the nails
for 3 to 4 seconds in the soap of your palm..
Then scratch with your left hand with the nails
in the soap of your other palm.
Then soak both your hands with the soap..
Let the soap soak for 10 seconds..
Rinse your hands and nails with warm water.
Deb clean your hands with a paper towel..

Then use an alcohol gel to make your hands sterile.

People usually only wash their palm and

forget the important thing.. namely their nails,
the watch and their arms to the elbow.

Bacteria settle here precisely in these parts.

Just think when there is unconscious coughing and
sneezing by you and the other party.
When someone sneezes or coughs, the virus can reach
to 5 meters reach further.

Disinfect your home phone, mobile phone, gloves

and watch.

Personal hygiene

Use everyday a clean bath towel to pat your body dry.

Think of the wet towels on which dirt comes from the ceiling,
flies and insects stay.. causing bacterial growth and get diseases.
Because flies bivouack on shit and both flies and insects can be virus spreaders.

Animals

Keep animals in nature..

Do not confine them between 4 walls..
because of a greenhouse of bacteria and viruses.
Animals carry street waste, lots of dangerous bacteria and
viruses with them.

House

Use a steam cleaner and steam every nook and hole

of your floors, the drawer of your closet,
the sanitary space, the doorknobs, the banister, the kitchen..
the countertop, the tap and around the stove.
Then dry everything with a clean towel.
As soon as you get people on the floor.. take the doorknobs
with Dettol wipes.

Organize your belongings neatly in cupboards.

Dehumidify the air in your room with a dehumidifier.

Reduce the moisture content from 80% to 40%.
Then clean the air with an air purifier.
If you do not do this, you will get bacteria from the moisture
and dust, dirt, exhalation substances, nitrogen together.
These bacteria can get into your lungs and you could die
from pneumonia.

But above all, your lungs become vulnerable to viruses.

Use an anti mite vacuum cleaner for your mattress and pillows..
Do a deep cleaning.

Put the pillows at night in the cold for a few hours to kill the bacteria. Bacteria cannot stand the cold.

Replace your pillowcases every 3 days because at night

your scalp sweats and you also get dust from the ceiling..
The sweat (moisture) together with the dust (dirt) form bacteria.

Change your bedding once every 5 days.

Provide clean toys for your children.
Clean these toys regularly with the steam cleaner.

Regularly clean your home phone, mobile phone, tablet,

keyboard, computer mouse.

Kitchen

The kitchen is your workplace.

The shower is for the children and visitors so they can
disinfect their hands there.

Provide antibacterial soap and alcohol gel in the kitchen

and in the toilet/ bathroom.

Use alkaline water (pH 9.4 to pH 11) in the kitchen

instead of tap water (pH 6.5).
Tap water contains bacteria, viruses, germs, lime,
chlorine and other poisons and wastes.

Clean the dustbin in the bathroom every 3 months

with the steam cleaner.

Replace the 2 towels every time you prepare food..

to dry the dishes.
Not intended for your hands.
Use paper towels for your hands.
You don't want to smear the bacteria from your hands
in your clean plates and glasses.
Preferably 2 clean towels every day.
Also replace the kitchen cloth every day.
Lazy people let stay the wet towels hanging for days..
You will get dirt from the ceiling on the towels,
causing to form bacteria.

How about flies and insects on the towels?

Flies that live on shit.. These are virus spreaders!

Avoid contact with cell phones if you don't want

to smear bacteria in the towels.

Lazy people also have to wash rice because of

street dirt, sand and mouse droppings.
Not only mice.. what else moves on the ground..?
This bag of rice has been everywhere in the world.
Think of the plantation, factory, suppliers, wholesalers,
terrain, street, trucks, shops, cellars, at your home.
Just think of how many staff processed the rice
with their hands and nails.. during the process..
How about how many staff visit the toilet and
a printout of poo bacteria in the rice..?
What is very susceptible to bacteria..
is to store the cooked rice.. So don't do this.

Cut vegetables in pieces and wash them

a few times clean well.

Mix 1 tablespoon of crystal soda in a tub with

5 liters of warm water.
Mix in a dash of vinegar and bleach.
Make wet a cloth with this mixture and clean
the counter, stove and refrigerator.

Do not forget to clean the rubber of the refrigerator.

Cover the counter and the wall with aluminum foil.

This saves you a lot of cleaning work,
but is above all hygienic.

If you're in the kitchen anyway..

Keep in mind that there are billions of bacteria
swarming in your mobile phone,
your keyboard, computer mouse, tablet, laptop,
banknotes, doorknobs, pet, car interior and dustbin.
Avoid all this and keep it all outside the kitchen.
So if you want to cook and eat nice and healthy..
without you want to end up in the hospital with
bacteria in your lungs (pneumonia is fatal)..
Avoid the above.

Public space

Avoid all public buttons and handles.

Think of the handles of the shopping cart and
the handles in bus stops that are under-sneezing
and under-coughing turn into..

Avoid toys at school that sick children left a printout

with viruses and which affect healthy children..
Also avoid the IKEA and McDonalds play ball pit
sick children have also left an imprint of bacteria and viruses.

When you buy a plush bear.. keep in mind the fact that

before you touche it.. many sick children and sick adults have cuddled the plush bear with their dirty nails and hands..
and maybe also unconsciously sneezed and coughed above it..

Avoid public toilets and swimming pools..

Sick people from all over the world come here to cough,
sneeze and do their needs..
In short, a greenhouse of bacteria and viruses.
Rather use a private toilet that has been used little.

Avoid eating outdoors such as food stalls, street food stalls,

not crowded restaurants (where they freeze meat)
(busy restaurants usually have fresh food)..
If you don't want to get poo bacteria and salmonella
and then die of abdominal pain for 2 weeks..
Avoid restaurants and street food.

Avoid test samples of makeup, mascara, etcetra, because

of poo bacteria from women after public toilet visits.

Avoid nuts in cafes.

These nuts remain in a bowl all month.
Many nails that dig after public toilet visits in this bowl..
Critters crawl in it.. And then you come and grab.

Preferably keep 3 meters away from people and avoid contact.

You never know who the virus carrier is and what phase
they are in.
Even the initial phase of the wearer is difficult to recognize.

Car interior

The car interior contains the most bacteria.

Steam the car interior once every 2 months.
Every time you get people in the car.. clean the doorknobs with
a Dettol wipe.
